Upper Lodge Farm is a charming old farm house, built in the mid 19th Century (approximately 1860) in a Gothic style with many interesting and quirky features. The building was originally a Lodge House to the nearby "Padworth House Estate" (situated approximately 350 metres away) which is now the internationally renowned and highly respected `Padworth College`. Prior to 1933, Upper Lodge Farm was separated from the Padworth House Estate and became a working farm known as `Upper Lodge Farm`.

During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the house and the tranquil private garden area, secure off road parking facilities are available. Padworth

Padworth is a hamlet set in the county of Berkshire not far from the Hampshire border in an area of natural beauty. Padworth nestles around a little Norman church and the old manor house, once the home of the military Darby-Griffith family. The area was once occupied by Romans with connections to nearby Calleva Atrebatum (modern day Silchester).

Upper Lodge was originally part of the original Padworth House Estate – now know as Padworth College. Situated approximately 350 metres from the Padworth House Manor (Padworth College), prior to 1933 Upper lodge was separated from Padworth House Estate and became a working farm known as `Upper Lodge Farm`.
